You will be transferred to the call center, where a payment link will be shared with you. After making the payment, you will be connected to the Lead Physiotherapist for a complete initial assessment.

Based on the evaluation, the physiotherapist will recommend a personalized care plan, either physical or virtual, and assign an Expert Physiotherapist to guide you through the sessions, which may include special equipment or procedures.

Once you select a plan, another payment link will be provided. You will then receive a ‘Know Your Physiotherapist’ card detailing your doctor’s qualifications and expertise, along with a session calendar.

At the end of the care plan, the Lead Physiotherapist will reevaluate your progress and determine whether you should be discharged or continue the service.
